Who: Letta-Matt is operated by Juan Manuel Parra Mazuera, Valencia, Spain, for his own use. Contact: healsbydesign@gmail.com.
Who uses it: only the operator, with his own Google account. No other person's account is accessed.
What it accesses: with the operator's consent, Google Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Contacts data of his own account, to search, read and organise his own email, files and schedule.
Where data goes: data is processed on the operator's own computer. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train models.
Storage: sign-in tokens are kept in the computer's protected keychain. Copies of the operator's own files stay on his own devices.
Google API data: Letta-Matt's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access: access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
